FREE Printable Valentine's Day Wine Tag

1. Print downloadable pdf, (I suggest using white photo or presentation paper preferably 32 lb).

2. Fold along dotted lines.

3. Trim and hang around your favorite beverage or bottle of wine. (For circular cutout, use a 1.5 inch circle punch which can be found at any craft store. I purchased mine at Michael’s).
